Libre Monijara is an experimental documentary film that traces the life journey of Colombian-American artist Monijara using poetic images. From her childhood in Colombia to a Wall Street career in New York, Monijara's free spirit blends her Latin heritage with Western culture, celebrating the strength of women and the beauty of nature through her art.

During the filming, Monijara faces a personal tragedy—the loss of her boyfriend and she uses art as a path to healing and renewal.
